Caliber Snowmobile Ski Guides and Slides
Caliber is one of the best known brands in the snowmobile trailer industry with a wide ranging set of accessories for loading and unloading of snowmobiles. Caliber MultiGlides are particularly useful in reducing friction between the snowmobile skis and the trailer deck, protecting both the snowmobile and the trailer from undue wear and tear. They come in 5-foot sections and the grooves are 3/4-inch tall. The width of the MultiGlides come in two sizes, narrow is 6-1/4-inches wide and the wide version is 8-3/8-inches in width. The wide design is a necessity for dual runner skis. Multi-Glides Narrow set-up is designed for snowmobiles with up to 7-inch of ski stance variance. Multi-Glides Wide set-up is the best fit for snowmobiles with up to 11-inch of ski stance variance. Extension kits are available to complete 12-foot trailers, ramps, etc. and each extension kit contains four 30-inch pieces. When the 5-foot MultiGlides sections are sold separately, each 5 foot section sold separately requires one CHP0103 screw pack. MultiGlides kits come in single (enough for a single place set-up for a 10-foot trailer) and double (enough for a two place set-up for a 10-foot trailer) and separate 5-foot sections or extension kits can be purchased and trimmed to size when outfitting a longer trailer.
