I just bought a torsion axle from this place and it arrived quickly! But I took off some of the plastic wrap and the BRAND NEW axle I paid 500$ for already has rust on it not counting the countless paint chips all over it and on a worse note a dust cap is missing from one hub and it’s dented and there is rust already in the bearings! I will be calling Monday when they open and update my review with what happens next! ( update ) After a conversation with staff about this problem they were more than willing to work with me and offered me a replacement and even a partial refund! I feel like they made things right with what they did and would consider ordering with them again. They only supply the axles and they are ordered from a mass supplier who probably screwed up the axle so far so good so don’t let this review discourage you!

These guys rock! Needed both arms for my Triton utv loading gate. Contacted Triton and they told me someone would get right back to me. That never happened. Emailed them back and received no response (great customer service 🤪). Contacted the seller and after they finally got feedback from Triton, it would be 3 weeks with shipping costs. Found Hanna on line and decided to give them a call. They were very professional and helpful. Received the arms in 5 days with no shipping charges. Great place!
