Order Tracking

Stay updated with tracking numbers emailed upon shipment. Track your package online; note that some drop-ship orders may require a tracking request.

Returns Policy

• Return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, unused, in original packaging.
• Exclusions: electrical parts, axles, awnings, windows, clearance, special orders.
• No exchanges—place a new order; refunds issued to original payment method via Authorize.net or PayPal.
• Customer covers return shipping unless due to our error; special orders/large items may incur a restocking fee.

Shipping Issues & Claims

Tracking numbers are emailed upon shipment (FedEx, UPS, USPS); allow 24-48 hours for updates. We’re not liable post-carrier pickup. For lost, stolen, or damaged packages, contact us to file a claim—USPS requires a 15-day wait; UPS claims need verification.
