This quick change universal fold down rear tire carrier allows trouble-free access to the rear compartment. The Universal Bumper Mounting bolts easily to 4-1/2 inch maximum square bumper and is easy to install with regular hand tools (no drilling). It is made of welded heavy-duty steel plates with black, corrosion resistant finish and corrosion resistant hardware. Easy to follow mounting instructions are included. It also has a Limited Warranty.
