Product Description
Geocel 2300 MHRV Sealant has been specifically formulated from a combination of special polymers for the rigorous applications of the Transportation industry including truck-trailer, truck body, travel trailer, manufactured housing, and recreational vehicle industries. It has excellent expansion and contraction properties and withstand joint movement and temperature changes associated with transporting manufactured units. 2300 MHRV Sealant bonds to many vehicle body manufacturing materials, even damp, slightly oily, or frozen surfaces.
Product Benefits
Resistant to dirt pick-up. Exceptional flexibility. Excellent adhesion to many surfaces, even when damp. Ultraviolet resistant. Resealable; may be applied over itself. Paintable. Tools and cleans up easily. Cured sealant is mildew resistant. Resists cracking. Easily applied, non-stringing formulation.
Limitations
Do not use on traffic-bearing surfaces. Do not use on extruded polystyrene insulating, sheathing (Styrofoam, etc.), or EPDM. Do not use on acrylic skylight glazing surfaces. Do not use in areas where food is processed or stored. For exterior applications only. Do not use for potable water applications.
Adheres To
Aluminum, glass, Kynar 500 based finishes, steel, wood, fiberglass, and vinyl.
