The Tekonsha ECT8901 Electrical Circuit Tester For 6 Volt and 12 Volt Systems is used to locate shorts, broken wires and other problems. To use, attach the clip to the ground and probe with the tester point, or with part number QCT12, hook the wire and finger activate the tester prong. The handle glows when a live wire is found. The Tekonsha Trailer Tester with charger and replaceable battery, tests all trailer circuits for both LED and incandescent lighted trailers.
