This complete package fits most Triton two-place, three-place, and four-place open snowmobile trailers, including Lite, LT, XT, and Elite models (excludes single-place XT4.5 and Elite 5). Designed for durability and easy installation, this bundle includes the 2200 lb. torsion axle, mounting hardware, gaskets, and chrome acorn lug nuts—perfect for your next trailer upgrade.
Important Upgrade Note: This axle includes a complimentary brake flange upgrade near the hub, allowing optional brake installation without affecting operation if brakes aren’t added.
What’s in the Bundle?
Triton Axle Mounting Hardware Kit (02685-H):
- (4) 1/2-13 x 4-1/2" Zinc-Plated Bolts
- (4) 1/2-13 Zinc-Plated Hex Lock Nuts
- (8) 1/2" Zinc-Plated Flat Washers
- Note: 4.5" bolts fit most 10', 11', and 12' models (LT/XT/Elite), except some V-Front 12' models and tandem axle trailers (3- or 4-place), which may require longer bolts (5.5", 6", or 7"). Email cs@hannarv.com after ordering to request longer bolts if needed.
Triton 02604 Axle Mount Gaskets (x2): Essential spacers between steel axle brackets and your trailer’s aluminum frame.
Triton 07236 Chrome Acorn Lug Nuts (x10): Stylish 3/4" hexagonal lug nuts with a 1/2-20 thread pitch and chrome finish.
