I called with a question and was pleasantly treated by ? Maddi, who then transferred me to Cary in parts. In my opinion Cary went over board when comparing his help to others I have received, especially during this cover fiasco. Cary went and physically pulled the part and confirmed the part was in fact the correct one and then sent me a confirming photo. Company's like this with heart felt concerns for their customers will be the only company left as this government contrived push to a socialist led government will not be ending soon. after the next election we will either continue to be a "REPUBLIC". or we will be a communist socialist nation on our way to ruin. The two persons I talked to at HANNA give me hope that companies like this and persons like Madi and Cary will continue to be there. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that I have not received the part as yet. I am confident however that this should be considered a 10 star company. Pop's
