Make sure you have a hitch ball tough enough to handle the load you're towing. This hitch ball has a 1-1/4 inch diameter threaded shank and it is specially designed to fit the Equal-i-zer hitch perfectly. It is chrome plated to look great and it is forged from strong chromoly steel. It fits other manufacturer's hitches as well, and it has an 8000 pound load capacity.
