Replacement Instructions For Ventline Rounded Dome

1. Remove operator handle and screen frame to expose operator mounting screws.

2. Remove and save the two screws holding operator to the center bar. Slide operator bar back to the key opening in the dome bar and remove operator assembly and friction clip.

3. Straighten the outside curl on one end of the dome hinge and slide old dome off.

4. Slide new dome assembly onto hinge on roof frame. Center the dome on the hinge. Bend down the curl on dome hinge end to secure dome.

5. Slide operator into slot in center bar and slide stud into key opening in dome bar. Attach friction clip as shown and slide operator bar forward. Note proper orientation of friction clip with concave side of clip against dome bar.

6. Replace the two screws through the operator assembly and into the center bar. Replace screen and operator handle. Check operation.
