The HWH R3848 Hydraulic RV Jack Replacement Spring Kit contains two springs, each measuring 1.68 inches outer diameter X 18 inches. It is used on HWH Hydraulic Motorhome 9,000 lbs. capacity jacks with a 16-inch stroke.
If a vehicle is parked or stored for an extended period of time and the jacks fail to retract completely, extend the jacks back down to the ground then retract the jacks again. If the jacks do not retract completely without assistance, replace the springs. There are two (2) springs included in each spring kit. The correct spring kit must be used.
NOTE: Counting coils and measuring the diameter of existing springs is only a guide. To make certain you order the correct springs, please find the AP# stamped on your HWH hydraulic jack. Provide this info and we can verify the proper jack springs for your RV.

HWH Hydraulic Motorhome Jack Replacement Springs Cross Reference List
HWH Hydraulic RV Leveling Jacks come in two basic types: the straight jack and the kick down jack. HWH straight jacks have large footpads to provide extra stability and a strong vertical structure. However, the HWH straight jacks do not fit all RVs. HWH kick down jacks provide extra flexibility, which is desired when the motorhome is moved while the system is engaged.
